  • Weโ€™re not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.

  • Our prices are available on the menu, but please confirm prices before receiving services.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

  • While we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their services, we understand that this may not always be the case. If you are unhappy with your results, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to fix your nails. However, all services are non-refundable.

  • For your safety and relaxation, we kindly request no companions or children during your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. A $5 automatic fee will be added to your bill that day. Beyond that, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

No-call/no-show will result in a $25 deposit for your next appointment. It will go toward your service unless you miss your appointment again.

WE OFFER A 7-DAY GUARANTEE ON THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

(Acrylic Nails, Dip Powder, Builder Gel, Gel-X, Gel Polish)

If you experience chipping, lifting, or breakage within 7 days of your original appointment, please contact us promptly. We will gladly repair the affected nails at no cost to you.

Regular polish services are not guaranteed.
